Guest Lecture on ANGIOFIBROMA was organized by the Department of ENT Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur on 2nd February 2024.

It is crucial to educate students about Angiofibroma as it is a rare but potentially serious vascular tumor that predominantly affects adolescent males. Understanding this condition allows healthcare professionals to recognize early symptoms, facilitate timely diagnosis, and plan appropriate treatment strategies. By incorporating angiofibroma into the medical curriculum, students gain insight into the complexities of head and neck pathology, enhancing their diagnostic skills and fostering a comprehensive approach to patient care. Furthermore, raising awareness among future practitioners ensures that individuals with angiofibroma receive prompt and effective interventions, contributing to improved outcomes and overall healthcare quality.

The program was conducted in the auditorium in SIMS from 2 pm to 3 pm. The faculty members and students attended the sessions.

As part of a guest lecture on angiofibroma celebration, students were encouraged to participate in a Quiz event. A Quiz competition was organized on the theme of Angiofibroma. An interactive session was also held to exchange ideas and viewpoints about it.
