As an experienced Postgraduate Guide, she has successfully supervised and mentored numerous postgraduate students, providing academic guidance, research mentorship, and professional development support. In her role as a medical education faculty member, she has played a key role in the effective implementation of the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum for MBBS students and continues to actively contribute to faculty development and capacity-building initiatives.
