Saraswathi Hospital is well equipped Hosptial with all ultra model facilities. It is one of the biggest hospitals in and around Hapur. It has well maintained IPDs (In Patient Departments) & OPDs (Out Patient Departments) for all the departments viz. Medicine, Surgery, TB & Chest, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Psychiatry, Gynae Obst & Dentistry. The speciality clinics are run in all the departmental OPDs. The hospital has modern, well equipped 11 Major & 6 Minor O.T’s, Labour rooms, and Nursery. There are separate ICUs for Surgery, Medicine. Paediatrics, Respirtory & Burn with all the necessary facilities. The Hospital caters to the health needs of rural population of Hapur and nearby villages. It provides free of cost medical facilities (Admissions, Investigation, Surgeries, Intensive care), food & transport facilities to the patient since the inception of the Institution. The hospital organizes camps & preventive health checkups in far flung areas to provide healthcare services to needy at their doorsteps as well. These services are cash less (free of cost).

Casualty

The casualty department of SIMS has a team of technical staff, doctors and nurses with expertise in trauma management. The department is open for patients 24 x 7. It has a facility of 30 beds, treatment room, minor and major OT complex with cardiac monitor, mobile x-ray, pulse oxymeter, defibrillator etc. Also 24 x 7 ambulance service is available for patients.

 

Trauma Centre

SIMS has a well established Trauma Centre with all the modern facilities and expert staff working 24/7 dedicated in dealing with all sorts of trauma cases like road traffic accidents, gunshot & stab injuries, fractures etc. It works under the expertise of Dr Akash Mishra, MCh Neurosurgery.

O.P.D.

The hospital has Four OPD rooms in all major departments like  medicine, surgery, paediatrics, E.N.T, Ophthalmology, O.B.S & Gynaecology, Orthopaedics etc Facilities of Special Clinics like Diabetes, Spine, Immunization, Allergy and asthma clinic, Vertigo and headache clinic, Plastic surgery, Knee clinic, DOTS clinic, Drug deaddiction clinic, Suicide prevention clinic etc are also available in SIMS.

 

Superspecialities

SIMS Hospital offers Superspeciality Health Care for Cardiology, Neurology & Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery which are under the supervision of expert and efficient superspecialists.

Neurology under the leadership of Dr DP Singh, DM & DNB, Neurology has all the modern facilities for effective diagnosis and management of neurological disorders. Nerve conduction studies, Electromyography and EEG are being performed regularly.

Neurosurgery under Dr Akash Mishra, MCh Neurosurgery deals with effective management all kinds of Trauma cases, Cerebrovascular accidents, Tumours, Spinal deformities/lesions etc.

Plastic Surgery under Dr Sanjay Kumar Mishra, MCh Plastic Surgery has been providing the best aesthetic surgeries in managing post traumatic & post burn cases and deformities.

Cardiology has facilities of Echocardiography which will soon be upgraded to interventional cardiology.

Critical Care Units

The critical care unit e.g. I.C.U., R.I.C.U., S.I.C.U., B.I.C.U., N.I.C.U., P.I.C.U are managed by highly qualified team of surgeons and physicians for 24 hrs and are equipped with modern equipments. These critical care units have ventilated central monitoring system individual monitor by each bed defibrillator incubator, phototherapy equipments, ventilators & warmers etc.

Operation Theaters

The hospital has eleven major & six minor operation theaters for routine as well as emergency operations.

Blood Bank

The hospital has a licensed, modern state of the art Blood Bank that functions 24 hours a day and provides facilities for blood donation, storage, issue of whole blood and its components according to the need. Strict precautions are taken and testing is done to prevent any blood borne infection (HIV, HBV, HCV, VDRL etc). Blood is issued on exchange basis and patient requiring blood should arrange healthy blood donor for exchange of blood

C.S.S.D

The sterilization department of the hospital has modern vertical and horizontal sterilization machines.

Canteen

There are canteens in the institute where high level of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in preparing and serving the meals and in storing the stock of raw materials & finished items.
